Seasonal Rates
We have 1 seasonal site available for the 2024 season. Our seasonal rates are based on site location and services/amenities needed. All seasonal sites have water, septic and electricity. Camping units cannot be more than 10 years old when entering the park as a seasonal unit.
Our seasonal rates are for one family unit of 2 adults and dependent children under 19 years old (exceptions applicable for children enrolled in full-time post-secondary program). Additional charges apply for visitors. We do offer a seasonal visitor’s pass. Please inquire to find out more about our rates and amenities.
Seasonal sites are for the current trailer owner’s use only and the registered owner must be present on site when the trailer is in use. The lot is not transferable (no subletting). Adult children and other guests may not be present at anytime without a registered trailer owner present on site.
Full payment is required up front at the beginning of the season. All contracted seasonals must pay their lot fees in full by May 1st of each season. All seasonal payments are non-refundable.

Transient Rates (Short Term) 2024 (reservations open March 15, 2024)
| Site 31E: Fully Serviced Site (30 amp or 50 amp service) for “family camping” which includes 2 adults and dependent children under 19 (RVs only — no additional tents on site). There is an extra charge of $10.00 plus HST per person. | $65 plus HST per day |

Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
Inclusions: Our rates include one (1) family unit per site, one (1) sleeping unit and (1) vehicle within park premises (no parking on campsite).
Reservation fees are due when making a reservation
- We require a $75.00 deposit for each one (1) week stay
- For weekend only reservations, the full amount is payable at time reservation is made
Reservations/fee payments will confirm that you have read and agree to our rates and campground rules. Reservation fees are non-refundable & non-transferable; however, they will be deducted from your total upon arrival. Reservation fees are subject to HST.
No refunds/no rainchecks for early departure, bad weather, or service interruptions.
Disclaimer: This property is privately owned. The camper accepts the camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his/her person arising out of his/her use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its facilities. Management has compiled these rules for everyone to remain safe and to try and make your time here pleasant. We may at any time implement additional rules and regulations. We also reserve the right to select our clientele and their guests. By making payment the camper agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions and Rules of Beaches at Pinecone Park.
